Classes are designed for all levels, with options for both beginners and intermediate students. If you miss a session, class recordings are shared so you can catch up anytime.

Group Class

Beginner Batch Online - $50/month
Perfect for those new to movement or returning after a break, Vrinda’s beginner-friendly classes are supportive, structured and easy to follow.

These sessions help build a solid foundation in both yoga and Animal Flow, focusing on alignment, breath and confidence in movement.

Group Class

Intermediate Batch Online - $60/month
For those looking to deepen their practice, the intermediate sessions offer a more challenging flow with advanced transitions, strength work, and longer holds.

Vrinda provides personalised virtual sessions to clients across various timezones - USA, Middle East, South East Asia and Europe. These classes are designed for busy working professionals that are looking to prioritise their health and wellness.

Pre and Post Natal Yoga

Flexible - $32/class
Vrinda’s prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to support mothers-to-be through every stage of pregnancy.
These gentle, live sessions help ease back pain, improve circulation strengthen the body for childbirth, and promote emotional well-being.
With a focus on breath, mindfulness and connection to self, these sessions are also designed for new moms looking to get back to their fitness journey in a more mindful and tailored manner.

Yoga for senior citizens

Online & Offline - $32/class
With years of experience teaching senior citizens both online and in-person, Vrinda specializes in gentle, personalized yoga that supports healthy aging.
Her sessions are tailored to accommodate age-related conditions like arthritis, joint stiffness and balance issues—focusing on functional movement, breath awareness, and building strength safely.
