Class Attendance: No-show classes will be considered as a session taken.
Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule a class. A maximum of 2 reschedules per month is allowed, to maintain fairness for all clients and smooth scheduling.
Preparation: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and any required props ready before the class begins.
Class Duration: Each class is 50 minutes long.
Payments: Payment for all sessions will be collected at the start of the month.
Nutrition Guidance: If you are interested in adding nutrition coaching along with your yoga practice, please inform us at sign-up, as we take a limited number of clients for personalized nutrition guidance.
Punctuality: Kindly join the session a few minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of your practice.
Respect & Safety: Please listen to your body and practice mindfully. Inform me in advance of any injuries or health conditions.
