Whether it's amidst the mountains in Uttarakhand or the serene beaches of California, her retreats are designed to help people reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with a slower, more intentional way of living.
She’s also a certified Animal Flow coach, blending primal movement with breath and mindfulness, creating community-driven sessions that are as playful as they are powerful.
As a trained nutritionist, she brings food into the wellness conversation with ease—guiding people toward nourishing, sustainable choices without guilt or extremes.
Alongside all of this, she’s a content creator and the face of several leading wellness brands—using her platform to share real, relatable insights on mindful living, movement, and self-care.
When not teaching, Vrinda can be found enjoying quality time with her husband and dog at her home in Goa, travelling to off-beat places around the world and learning new skills.
