What is your yoga pracice inspired by?
My yoga classes are influenced by ashtanaga and vinyasa principles which link rhythmic movements with your breath in a dynamic sequence. I keep various factors in mind such as the age, health concerns and goals of the students while curating each class.
What is animal flow?
Animal Flow is a ground-based movement practice that combines elements of yoga, bodyweight training and mobility work. It’s fun, challenging and designed to improve strength, flexibility and coordination.

I live in New York. Do you cater to students outside Mumbai?
Yes. We offer virtual sessions to clients all over the world. We believe in creating a supportive online community though group and personal classes that are travel-friendly, easily adaptable and affordable.
I am recovering from a knee injury. Can you work with me?
We’ll discuss your specific concerns over a phone call and make sure to give you the best experience possible and help you cope better with any ailments and injuries.
What does a class with you look like?
The duration of each class is 55 mins with a focus on strength, flexibility and relaxation. We begin each class with brief conditioning and warm up. The majority of the class is focused on asana practice followed by breathwork.
I am pregnant. Can I still do your classes?
While groups classes are not suitable for pregnant women, as a certified pre/postnatal coach, I conduct tailored, 1:1 classes for women in their second and third trimesters.

What are your offerings for employee wellness programs?

What does your nutrition program include?
It includes personalized meal plans, 1:1 coaching, lifestyle habit support, grocery lists, recipes and education on intuitive and sustainable eating.
